Anil displayed excellent communication skills throughout the whole process from start to end. He worked flexibly within our busy schedules and went above and beyond what was required. Anil is so very patient, asked a lot of questions on my preferences to find out what i really like and a very meticulous agent. I think we discussed so much that we kind of know what kind of house I would like so the minute we went into this house that i'm going to move in to, we looked at each other and knew that THIS was the house and close the deal within the day. Anil went above and beyond his duty and even helped me to switch utilities account - no agent has ever done that. Do I recommend Anil? 1000/10 will. Don't think! Reach out to him if you need a flat!

Fiona is extremely excellent and very responsible. She took care of everything for Agreement including the utilities to the end. She is good at both English and Cantonese so that she could help us solve the issue even during the moving, i.e. we lost the stuff during the moving. We couldn't find it without her help. She is not only very reliable and responsible for her work, but she also has a excellent negotiation skill which makes both landlord and tenant satisfied. We could save time without unnecessary negotiation thanks to you. Beyond that, she did her best to understand our requests and followed up so we could find out the new space earlier than we expected. While others support the basic work for clients like Agreement and utilities, she assisted us to settle down on new home softly and quickly. We really appreciate her help.
