Dorothy recently assisted me with my search for the perfect apartment. This is my first time living in Hong Kong and Dorothy was an exceptional agent with advice, follow up, management of my expectations and negotiations. She really over-delivered and I am very grateful. Upon signing, Dorothy had sorted all my utilities, and there never was a question that was too big or small. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements.
