Tammy went above and beyond in helping us find and settle into our new home! Having an electronic lock was one of our top/mandatory requirement but it wasn’t easy to find a suitable lock due the unusual shape of the door. Tammy reached out to a lot of contractors and lock companies and managed to find us a suitable one in the end. This is only one of many examples of her great service and there’s not doubt that she’s the best agent that I’ve worked with so far.

I perceived Jayde as very friendly and professional, while also being remarkably honest and direct, which was incredibly important for me to build the necessary trust. Additionally, she was very responsive—whenever I had any questions, I could always count on a prompt reply. She consistently made me feel like she truly understood what mattered to me. She’s really great and very pro active finding/recommending us other suitable properties when the ones we chose were not up to our liking. She also, for no extra fees, helped us secure and prepared contracts for an additional Carpark. She was also very quick on completing all the contracts and paperwork, even if she had to come a long way to our house to meet us for cheques and signature. Definitely the best agent we had by far in Hong Kong!
