Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Amelia is great to work with. She is very professional and very relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the hand-selection of properties and the opportunity to make further selections by email first; it makes the whole process efficient and it's helpful in getting a sense of what the market is like.
