Flo exceeded all our expectations in our property search in Hong Kong. We previously worked with other agents and attended numerous viewings with nothing to show for it other than stress and frustration. Flo truly listened and was able to quickly adjust our searches so each property was relevant and met our needs. On only our second day viewing we had found the perfect property in a building no other agent had even shown us. There were actually many more accolades I wanted to mention like being such an excellent and unbiased representative for both parties, taking the time out of your busy schedule to check progress and even beautify the place on your own (throwing away trash, flushing the pipes, etc), your objectivity and sage advice etc... but I figured short and sweet is probably more effective for the larger audience :) Definitely look forward to continuing our relationship both in this capacity as well as if/when my other unit in the Mid-levels becomes available again.
