Just wanted to commend the service of Joanne from OKAY for helping us rent our place. She was very good with all the attentions to detail that made the transaction smoothly. She answered all our question speedily and was able to give us good insights on things we were not familiar with. Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city.
