Joanne was nothing short of exceptional. From our first correspondence, to the hand over, she was highly professional, friendly and accommodating to our needs and schedule. Dorothy and OKAY.com exceeded my expectations in my search for a new flat. The whole process was very organized and quick. (We negotiated the price and signed the lease agreement on the same day as viewing the flat.) Dorothy was very professional and responsive and was not afraid to bargain down the price on my behalf. Dorothy also prepared a handover report and helped transfer the utilities to my name as part of her services. I will recommend her to all my friends.

We may have not chosen our ideal apartment just yet but we have been thoroughly pleased with Dorothy's consistent efforts and help through out our viewing process. She was friendly, patient and very prompt with her assistance.
