Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Carment was friendly and so quick to respond to every and any query or request I had. He was ultra helpful when it came to searching for the perfect place for my dog, and made the effort to send a picture of my dog to any possible landlords in advance to be transparent for both parties. Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out. After sales service was fantastic as well. Super helpful.
