I would thoroughly recommend Flo to anyone looking to move in Hong Kong. She has been honest with her guidance, knows the market well and has great attention to detail. She even went the extra mile to assist me in setting up utilities and other items and even introduced me to a few people along the way. She was very practical, down to earth and knowledgeable about the area. She advised us on the right things to do and not to do. Super helpful and wonderful to work with. We didn’t feel like she was transactional like other agents we dealt with.

Cindy has done a very good and professional job in arranging our rental at Avignon and gave good after-sales service. For example, she instantly arranged a locksmith to come around when we found that an unathorised cleaner had a key to our flat. She arranged a good tour of the Gold Coast area of at least 10 flats, and from that we chose one which we are now in. Cindy also then arranged another tour of flats to buy, which we considered, but will hold off on for now until we find a better value. We would recommend her to friends who want to move to this area. She is easy to get along with and very helpful.
