I've worked with Ruby many times and can say in all honesty you won't find a better agent in HK in my opinion. She is highly informed, experienced, organized and effective. All schedules were honored and as already mentioned all apartments were suitable for us - and we did find our new home with the help from Anil. In addition Anil is a very nice guy to work with, so the whole process was quite a pleasure. Totally recommended!
