Tommy went above and beyond to help me find a place that genuinely had the things that I was looking for. He was a great communicator in listening to my requirements, and he was very responsive to my questions. Tommy supported my move and additional requests and provided an excellent level of service meeting me close to work and genuinely making things as easy as possible for me. Alan was very helpful and understood my housing requirements straight away. He was very straightforward and easy to deal with and very proactive in helping me get everything organized with the landlord and utility companies and with lots of useful tips on the housing/utility issues in Hong Kong.
