We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. We liked the fact that she was not pushy and listened to our needs when searching for an apartment unlike most agents who tended to waste our time by showing us flats that didn't come close to meeting our requirements. Jayde was an absolute pleasure to work with, not to mention a super fun person to go flat hunting with! I was on a very tight time frame and in the middle of an extremely busy period in my life, but Jayde helped make the entire experience smooth and seamless and found me a beautiful flat in Happy Valley in the space of two days. Jayde handled all the documentation and correspondence between myself and my new landlord, to the extent that she was shuttling back and forth between my flat at the time, my office, her office and everywhere in between to get everything signed off in time for moving day. Even while Jayde was out of town on vacation, she was working to help me secure my new flat because she knew how much I loved it. We have our flat up for sale for quite a while until Shirley came to help. She managed to close out the deal efficiently and at a reasonably good price to our satisfaction. I trust she is an ideal agent anyone would want to have her service in the property market.
