Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. Andrea is professional, patient, practical and understood our needs in terms of apartment size, layout and location. She provided a good selection of apartments with enough variation to make each apartment attractive enough for viewing. As we've been away from Hong Kong for more than 10 years, the areas and facilites around some pretty much change as well. Apart from showing the apartment to us, she also gave us a lot of useful information as to what can be found in the area around the apartment we're looking at.This is what stood out.
