She took care of vital communications to the landlord to ensure I would succeed. She took videos, answered dozens of my questions. She was available morning, noon, and night. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!).
