Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?

Stephanie helped us to find the perfect family home! All five houses which we viewed fitted our wishes really well, but the last one was just perfect. Stephanie told us a lot about the Clearwater Bay area and she made us fall in love with it. Anil was absolutely fantastic. I have previously had many agents who haven’t listened to what I’m looking for. With Anil, he listened and took the time to ask questions to really get a feel of what we needed in our new home. How we spend our time and what we envisioned the new place to be. He really pulled it out the bag. We got a flat that met all our needs, with no compromising! We are very grateful for the time effort he put into finding what was right for us. He was also an absolute pleasure to work with!
