Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived. I have engaged the services of many real estate agents in my time. It has been my experience that, generally speaking, they are fairly useless. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity. They really do care about their clients and earnestly so. I unhesitatingly recommend them. Indeed, you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice using anybody else.

The one thing I wasn't looking forward to coming back to HK after 3 years spent in London was apartment hunting. I know how bad the offering can be and how time consuming it can get. But Jayde actually made it a very enjoyable experience. She was just amazing, she understood my needs from the beginning, and actually followed my requirements to shortlist a selection of flats (she actually only had to show me 2, both of which I liked, so I had to make a tough decision!).
