Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!

Kerstin was very attentive and went out of her way to understand our specific needs/requests She worked hard to communicate with potential LandLords/Renters to answer questions / provide responses to any asks that we had As non-HK natives, Kerstin also provided expert guidance on the rental process (inc legal process/contracts etc) and kept us well informed along the way! We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
