Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

When I met Martina, I had a good feeling that she could find the right tenant for me. She has a lovely friendly personality, and I think is very hard-working. Martina constantly kept in touch with me, and I didn't have to wait too long before she introduced the Ko family to me. I also think she has good knowledge and experience with the property market. Colin represented the best of rental agents. From the start, he was careful to discern our requirements and showed us what we wanted. When the deal was done, his excellent after sale service setting up all utilities and services meant we had no worries about moving in from day 1.
