It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. Listened to my requests and came up with out of the box solutions. He was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and it was a difficult request. He was also very responsive to all my inquiries, made himself available for questions, and was very knowledgable about the markets. He is also a good negotiator and handled conversations with the landlord well. Highly recommend! Best agent I have worked with in Hong Kong!
