Flo was meticulous in her inspection. Nothing cosmetic can escape her scrutiny. She spotted many issues with the flat after i did my viewing and agreed to a rental deal. Suggested that i pull out. Which i did. Am impressed by her attention to detail and putting client interest first.

We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.

Stephanie understood our requirements and worked tirelessly in helping us locate a new tenant. Not only was she successful, the tenant she introduced to us met all our expectations. Throughout the entire leasing process, she was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely recommend working with OKAY.com and Stephanie! Excellent job!
