Working with Jayde was more than wonderful, as she fully understood both the tenant's and owner's needs without having to ask too many questions. On top of her professional attitude, she is also honest and willing to assist. We are very happy with the tenants she found us and immediately welcomed them as friends. My wife and I found Louise to be an excellent agent. She had an in depth knowledge of the areas we were looking at (Clearwater Bay, Sai Kung) and in addition to properties themselves, she was also very well-informed in things like shopping, access to mass transit, etc. Most importantly, she showed the ability to listen to us, to understand what we felt were critical factors, and to shape the search correspondingly, rather than sticking to initial preconceptions that were not entirely on-point. We would be pleased to work with Louise again, if for some unfortunate reason we ever have to move again...
