Sonam was absolutely fantastic in helping me find home in Hong Kong. First, she is pleasant, balanced and reliable. She does not just communicate for sake of winning business but genuinely tries to understand client’s situation and circumstances, and then customises suitable viewings. She has the domain knowledge and understands the local nuances, which definitely helps in case of an expats. She is quick, communicates effectively and shares her views, often highlighting cons of why a place may not suit despite client going ‘Wow’ at first glance. She is thorough on documentation, commands good understanding of tenancy agreement and market nuances. More importantly, she is very good at negotiating with the landlord/agent, provides counter points and alternatives and strives to work in my/tenants best interest. Jayde did a great job in finding an excellent tenant that fit my expectations. Prior to working with her, I had rejected a number of offers over the past couple of months. Jayde was able to deliver where others had not and in just one day she had finalized all terms with both sides very happy. She attended to all the details, and always walked an extra mile with myself and the tenant given that we had a busy travelling schedule. Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations.
