She was brilliant from start to finish! Friendly but professional. After our first few communications, Melanie clearly understood what I was looking for and was fantastic in arranging a number of properties meeting my criteria. Within a week I had a flat organised. I could not have asked for more.

Cathrin was a very attentive and thoughtful agent who helped us with our move to DB. She had selected plenty of appropriate properties for our budget, was flexible with our viewing times and was prepared for each viewing. She had great knowledge of the local area which helped us to feel comfortable with our decision on where to make an offer. I appreciated her ability to communicate via Whatsapp regularly during our research and viewings; and she supported us with the final handover, particularly with regard to the utilities. She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view!
