Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong. She was extremely responsive and helpfully throughout the entire relocation process – helping us to shortlist properties according to our requirements before the relocation and showing us through many suitable options during our visit. She also helped us understand the locations of the various properties and the pros and cons of each – considerations that we would not have thought of being new to Hong Kong. Ning has been most helpful with my search for an apartment. She understood my requirements and my preferences, and was able to show me a number of selections that were real contenders. Ning was also very proactive in working with the landlord to obtain a fair rental price, and to ensure all the minor fixes that were done before I moved in. Ning was always responsive when I needed her, and she saved me hours of worry! Everything went smoothly because of her!
