Kiara was a pleasure to work with, very professional and highly responsive and I would recommend her to other people (in fact I have recommender her recently to a friend). Even whilst I was outside HK, Kiara was proactive and helped identify suitable properties through video calls and communicated well with the landlord when agreeing the rental terms. We had a great time working with Shirley on our flat search. She considered our feedback and refined our searches according to what we need instead of trying to push a product to us.
