Working with Stephanie to find my last apartment before I repatriate to the US after 23 years here in Hong Kong was flawless. She showed me a variety of apartments, worked with the landlord to get me a great rental price, answered all my questions and above all was patient. Dorothy was a real pro from the outset and we could not have been more pleased with her skills as an agent. She found us a great apartment and we were certainly not the easiest clients to deal with. We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Lala has been amazing to us, she is extremely dedicated and supportive, it took us a long time to find the right place, but she has never given up! She is punctual and on detail, no doubts we would recommend her to our friends in needs of looking for a new place.
