Shirley has been extremely helpful to assist us to research our home on the South Side. We encountered a difficult situation that our Landlord wished to renovate the building and we have to leave our premises for a few months. Despite the difficulties to search for a short lease, Shirley has been extremely diligent to assist us. I am sure will introduce her to my friends for home searching.

As a single mother moving across continents, finding an apartment in HK worried me the most. However, with the incredible support of Sonam, who worked with us from whilst we were still abroad to the point of moving in, this task resulted in our dream apartment! Sonam worked closely with me first to get a sense of the type of apartment in terms of style, was able to aptly match this with listings that were in our price range. This meant that when I arrived for our initial 3 day visit to find an apartment, everything was set up for viewings. Sonam went even further to help me understand the different areas of the city, both considering my needs as a working mother, but also my daughter's needs. She even went as far as to get the bus schedule of my daughter's school and helped map the different apartments to the routes. Sonam, through her incredible communication helped me navigate all the processes even though I was located On a vastly different time zone!

Kiara is a phenomenal letting agent: reliable, flexible and professional. She was easy to contact and extremely helpful in every aspect of finding and securing the perfect rental property for me. Nothing was too much trouble. She went above and beyond to ensure that the process is the exciting experience moving home should be. Thank you so much for all your help and assistance Kiara! Don’t think I would have been able to get everything done and moved into my new place without your help! I would definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking to move (to be honest, I can’t recommend you highly enough!). Thanks again, you are amazing!
