Flo was fantastic! She took the time to understand all of our expectations and found the best properties to meet those. She was also very candid and coached us through our expectations. By having a more honest set of expectations & requirements, we were able to see opportunities in properties that we would have initially rejected for not meeting ALL of our requirements. Ingrid has assisted me with the search and it has taken me about 3 weeks to find a place where I wanted to put an offer in.
