Jayde was recommended to myself via a personnel friend. She understood my needs from the outset and ensured I secured the most wonderful property in Happy Valley. Her enthusiasm and professionalism, and patience made the process as pain free as possible. When I was looking for recommendations for an agent with good taste in flats and someone who would only show properties matching my criteria, more than 1 person recommended Jayde. I was not disappointed. Not only did she help me find a flat that I love, but did so within the tight time constraints I had. She was reachable for any questions, was extremely efficient, positive and everything was set up seamlessly. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me.
