Charlie and I really appreciated all your efforts in helping us identify a new home, your professionalism and warm personality have made our experience a wonderful one! In the past 6 weeks, we emailed and messaged each others almost on a daily basis, and we saw each other at least once a week, and you even drove us around with your own car! With that time and effort, you were able to narrow down exactly what we needed ( given how picky we are! ) and we were so close in finding our new home. We would definitely have signed a lease if our existing landlord didn’t extend this offer for us to stay. We just really wanted to let you know how much we appreciated everything, and it actually feels like you are a friend more than an agent that we just met a few weeks ago! Cathrin is the best agent that we’ve worked with in HK! She was so patient with us (we took a long time to decide due to a European break for a few months). She really made an effort in finding us the perfect property. I was unable to view so she took my husband round and kept me up to date by sending me videos of all properties. She’s very knowledgable of the DB area and even post moving in she has been an enourmous help - making sure we are settled and setting us up with all of the DB apps and groups. Anil is very detailed oriented and spent time to understand my specific needs and my background rather than just showing me whatever apartments available. He also provided many his personal experiences in the area we are looking and helped a lot in the final negotiation with landlord.
