It was a great pleasure to lease our apartment with Flo from OKAY. She was extremely well organized and we were amazed by her paperwork and efficiency! We were pleased to see her dedication and commitment- how she meticulously went through all details to make sure that all utilizes are set up and in proper working condition on behalf of the tenant. Honestly can't recommend Jane highly enough. Our house was on the market through a difficult economic time and Jane was incredibly patient in helping us negotiate the uncertainty around how to price in a difficult market. We achieved a sale which we are very happy with. The whole process was smooth and efficient and I found Jane's positive energy combined with good old fashioned common sense to be invaluable when moving on from a home of over 20 years. Following the sale Jane subsequently found us a rental property which fits perfectly with what we wanted at this stage of our lives. Sales and rental, in both regards very happy customers.
