We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.

I was starting to get frustrated while working with several different agencies that did not seem to understand my concerns, until I met Jody. She actually managed to convince me to take a unit in a building I had already viewed with a different agency and said no to. The reason was her attention to detail and her thoughtful explanations as to why she still thought it was a good choice for me. She listened carefully and empathetically to all my needs and preferences. She also managed to execute the entire process from viewing to handover with efficiency. I am extremely pleased with my new home and feel lucky that Jody was able to help me. She is thorough, goes above and beyond, and is extremely professional. We appreciated her speedy responses and market knowledge of South Side and CWB. She was very peasant to deal with and we appreciated her time. It was a shame that some of the proprieties we were negotiating did not pan out (not for lack of Andrea's or our efforts to persuade landlords). Should we move again Andrea will be our first call.
