Shirley is an excellent real estate agent. She is very professional, responsive and hardworking. She had about 5 places lined up for us in one day. Each one was exactly what we were looking for, within my purchase budget and expected size and style as well. Shirley is very energetic and friendly. Of course, there is always an exception that proves a rule. In this case, Kim and Nicki are just that - exceptional. Kim and Nicki ensured that every facet of our apartment search was faultlessly handled and executed. Even more so, they put their own personal time and resources in to ensure that the process went super smoothly. The difference, I think, between them and everyone else is sincerity.
