Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).

I would thoroughly recommend Flo to anyone looking to move in Hong Kong. She has been honest with her guidance, knows the market well and has great attention to detail. She even went the extra mile to assist me in setting up utilities and other items and even introduced me to a few people along the way. Flo is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and an excellent communicator. She assessed me and our family needs quickly and accurately and then only selected appropriate apartments to view to ensure we didn’t have to trawl through dozens of flats that didn’t meet our requirements.
