Maybe it is our fortune to meet LaLa and she helped us a lot to purchase our dream house finally after several difficulties. She is different from the other property agents, she is helpful, friendly, kind and responsive. We appreciate her professional attitude and treat her as our friend. We will find her to help us again in the future with no doubt.

We came to Flo with some very difficult requirements including 2 dogs, 2 bedrooms, a more economical budget and a very narrow timescale to get something sorted. She assessed our requirements and quickly found us the perfect apartment. Beyond all of this, and even after her obligations were complete, she insisted on taking charge of ensuring everything was taken care of so the introduction into our new home would be as smooth as possible. Dorothy showed me exactly as per my brief and was extremely helpful during my search. Being totally new to the city and renting apartments I had looked at over 20 apartment before meeting Dorothy and liked none and with her I finalized just the 3rd flat I saw.
