Amelia listened carefully to my family's requirements and quickly delivered a short-list of entirely appropriate properties.
Throughout the process, she was proactive and responsive, and was also kind enough to offer advice when asked on numerous occasions.
110% professional, and I am bench-marking against a small handful of agents that I spoke to in HK, and in other major global cities to which I have moved over the last 25 years.
Head and shoulders above the competition.

Dawson has been our Hong Kong agent for six years since we moved to HK. He has always been extremely responsive with property options for us as we would reach out frequently to understand what’s happening in the rental market. His friendly personality and outstanding service have been the reason we use him, and we couldn’t recommend him any higher. We are extremely grateful for his help with advice and negotiating for our property, and the moving tasks such as closing and opening new utilities. Thanks Dawson and thank you Okay.com!

Our first rental experience was very unpleasant. Our previous agent was deceptive and our landlord the same and it left us very wary this time around. Thankfully, I read an article about the OKAY.com DB team last year and decided to call them as soon as our lease was up. It was great to talk to an agent who not only understood our expectations and requirements but respected them. It was refreshing to be taken to see places that fit the bill and not be shown places that had some of the things we had asked for but were clearly not going to be considered. I also appreciated Nina's help in taking me to a furniture store that makes beds, made to order and then for saving me money by forwarding me an ad for a second hand one that fits perfectly. It's great to talk with someone who looks after their customers that well! For any problems, Nina got back to me in a timely fashion and fixed them with a positive attitude. Who could ask for more?
