We had a lot of expectations that were soon crushed after looking at over 20 apartments with other agents who did not listen to our needs and showed us places that were of no interest or out of our price range. Dorothy is a very intuitive agent, as well as a very warm and charming person, and she knew right away which places to show us. She was also great with the negotiations and with following up on utilities, keys, etc. once the deal was done. She made navigating the Hong Kong rental market somewhat of a breeze and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.

Nora has been listening to our needs and was very patient even when we do not know what we were really looking for or changed our minds. She has been of very good advice during our search and knew exactly what would be available within our budget, which reassured us and made our search for a new home very efficient. Actually we started our search with several agents, but very quickly decided to work only with Nora, as she was much ahead of the others in terms of reactivity accuracy and local knowledge.
