This is now the third property we've worked on with Dorothy since moving to Hong Kong 5 years ago. Dorothy is excellent. She goes above and beyond to help out her clients. For example, in our last place, she was extremely helpful in coordinating and resolving any issues between us and the landlord over the course of our tenancy. Dorothy is extremely efficient as well, she is always very prompt and clear in her communications, and whenever we need anything, she is always extremely accommodating. Finally, Dorothy is also very nice and pleasant to be around and has a great personality. So all in all, we are extremely happy and grateful for our interactions with Dorothy; she has made house/apartment hunting a relatively stress-free activity for us over the years.

Sonam was very helpful and patient with our house search. We had a set of criteria which she adhered to while recommending options. We saw her positive and ‘never give up’ attitude as she showed us many apartments and did not stop until we found the right fit for us. She also gave good tips on how to get by in the city. FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.
