We recency bought a house in Sheung Yeung Village through Stephanie. Throughout the entire process Stephanie was helpful, polite and positive. She often had local insider information. Indeed she often went beyond what could be reasonably expected. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone considering buying in the area.

Carment was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He was very responsive, great at communicating regular updates and and pro-active in finding the right property for us and facilitating discussions with the landlord. We've tried working with other agents before, but Carment was far better than any agent we've worked with. Kim helped us find our village house following our relocation to Hong Kong.
