Shirley was enthusiastic and passionate, armed with a ready smile, she even came out to tour with us a multitude of homes in a span of two Sundays from Aberdeen all the way to Happy Valley and Repulse Bay. She was dedicated to helping us find our dream home, and we are truly appreciative of it. Shirley was helpful and always communicated cheerfully, which made us never lose hope in finding our home-to-be. She also had kind patience to answer our barrage of questions. Flo has been extremely helpful and worked very hard (normally on weekends too with no complaints) to show us different apartments! Despite that ultimately we rented via another agent purely because of the directions of the other apartment itself, we will no doubt ask for her help again next time! I met with Louise just a few times but during that time she gave me a deep impression for her cheerful smile, caring attitude and excellent preparation skills. I remember when my tenant brought their kids to the house in late September. After bidding farewell, Louise showed them the village environment and ended up driving back for water. Louise also refilled the kids bottles in case they needed on their way home. Most importantly, she was EFFICIENT - finding us a good and suitable tenant in a month!
