We just wanted to send you a quick note to say a huge thank you for finding us the most amazing place to call home. We are absolutely thrilled to move in. Your dedication and hard work throughout the entire process were impressive. You listened to our needs, showed us properties that matched our preferences, and provided invaluable guidance along the way. You worked hard at the negotiation and got us the fridge, sink, and other renovations we wanted. You also took the initiative to help us with transfer of water, electricity and towngas, which was incredible. Today, you were detailed in checking that the apartment is fit to move in, and identified places that needed minor fixes. We can't express enough how grateful we are for your efforts. If I can be brutally honest - I generally haven’t had great experiences with estate agents and don’t hold them in high regard. Poor communication, not listening, not being flexible (and many other things of you require a full list :) Ellen, conversely, has been amazing and genuinely made what could otherwise have been a stressful experience a real joy. From the off Ellen listened to what I was looking for, clarified my requests, and then set about showing me only properties I would be interested in. She was totally transparent in her thoughts on each instead of trying to ‘sell me’; she was super responsive; she flexed completed to my schedule and ultimately once we found a property I wanted to move into, I really felt that she went the extra mile not just to secure it but also get due diligence sorted and arrange all the start-up utilities etc. This may sound like an over the top note but I mean it with all sincerity.
