She genuinely wanted to help find us our perfect apartment, which included all of the items on our wish-list/criteria. We stayed in contact with Jayde for around 6 months before she found us our amazing apartment in Happy Valley. She had so much patience when showing us SO many apartments during our house hunt! We can't thank her enough. We have referred a lot of friends and colleagues to work with Jayde and they have had very positive experiences with her too.

I cannot not say enough how great Jayde was to work with!! She quickly undesrstood the kind of home we were looking for and helped us find a dream apartment with a convenient location and awesome view! Cherie was extremely attentive in detail and gave us so much comfort in finding the unit which we were looking for. She also put so much effort in dealing with the owner during and after negotiations and we were very impressed with her ability to handle challenges.
