Jayde was a breeze to work with throughout the whole process of searching for and securing an apartment. Right from the start she was efficient and precise when it came to shortlisting apartments. Jayde was always in constant contact with us and would always respond quickly to queries. Jayde found us the perfect home to rent and it definitely showed when our son said one day “thank you mummy I love our new home!” We will only ever work with Jayde in future. It was a pleasure working with Flo. She made the process of finding a new home really easy and we have already recommended her to a number of our friends. She really understood what we were looking for which was demonstrated when she showed us an apartment in an area we hadn't even considered – we now live in this apartment and absolutely love it! Flo offered a lot of good advice based on her knowledge of the city and her experience in the housing industry. Her service also did not stop once we signed the tenancy agreement - she helped us move our utility accounts and continues to provide helpful recommendations. In summary, we really enjoyed working with Flo and will hopefully get the chance to work with her again one day in the future.
