We were living in Kennedy Town but had to find a new place as the family is about to grow with a 2nd child arriving soon.
We contacted 3 different agencies and OKAY.com was one of them. We loved the quality properties on their website as many of them fit our western standards. We also appreciated how easy and convenient it was to select the places to visit directly online from the recommendation list sent by our agent with details, pictures and personal notes.
Our agent, Jayde Pamuk, immediately understood our needs and our long list of 'must-haves' never discouraged her. All of the apartments we visited had something unique compared to Hong Kong standards.
If we must move out again in Hong Kong (hopefully, not too soon!), we would first ask for OKAY.com and Jayde Pamuk.

Phenomenal service, forthcoming and truly caring even though we only took up an inexpensive rental flat, she was there every step of the way and did the extra mile whenever opportunity arose like for i stance to let the first furniture delivery in when we were not yet as we were still stick in our old place. she received our delivery in the new flat as we couldn’t make it. she follows up with all parties and her responses are prompt and helpful. really a great experience and we will sure come back to her.

Dorothy from OKAY.com was the first real estate agent we came across who understood what we wanted, and presented potential properties to us aligned with our requirements. The search functionality on the OKAY.com website made selecting properties more efficient. We were driven to a selection of properties on The weekend until we found the one we wanted. When an apartment had faults she was very open and honest about it. The best thing about working with Dorothy was her assistance after we signed the contract. She continued to help us set up the apartment by contacting workmen on our behalf and translating where required. She was always friendly and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend her to assist in your apartment search
