After 4 years in Hong Kong and countless real estate agent interactions, I thankfully found Jayde. Jayde was wonderful to work with - very positive, diligent and perhaps most importantly, patient! She’s incredibly knowledgeable about the market and different neighborhoods in Hong Kong, which is incredibly helpful when you aren’t quite sure where you want to live. Every listing she put forward for my consideration was in line with my needs and appealing. She really listened to my feedback after viewings which saved us both time and energy and allowed us to more quickly narrow in on the perfect home. She was helpful every step of the way, from the offer letter to the actual handover. I would definitely work with her again and would recommend her to friends whether they are new to the Hong Kong real estate market or veterans.

Dorothy provided a great end to end service in us finding suitable accommodation. The engagement started before even we relocated to HK, with her giving us handy tips on what to expect on the ground. The process of inspecting potential sites also went smoothly;Dorothy always providing honest feedback through a customer based lens, and keeping in mind what our requirements were. I met with Dorothy twice to look for a flat in Hong Kong. I found her to be very organized and helpful. Both times I was given a list of the properties that were to be viewed outlining the property features. I found this quite useful as it's easy to forget what each property offered after viewing so many! After finding a flat I liked (even though above my budget) Dorothy told me she would help to get me the flat within my price budget as she knew how much I liked it. Dorothy spoke to the Landlord and after 2 days the flat was mine! She helped with many questions throughout the contract signing process and helped setup all the utilities. Dorothy was a great agent to work with and I highly recommend her to help with your flat search in Hong Kong.
