We were very pleased by Janis' level of service the first time we met when we were looking for flats 2 years ago. Although we ended up finding a flat without an agent, we remembered Janis for her organised and efficient nature. Moving from Australia to Hong Kong with our dog, we had several non-negotiable criteria for an apartment and required a secured lease before we arrived.
