Ruby has helped us find several apartments since we first arrived [in] Hong Kong in 2006. She understands perfectly our needs and always shows us plenty of different locations so we can compare the value we can get for our money. Our last apartment she got us in Bowen Road really ticks all the boxes in terms of our wishes. If we would need to move again, we will definitely use Ruby again as she understands the market and knows what is available.

I was first contacted by Dorothy in 2019 when we had originally intended to relocate to Hong Kong from Sweden. Due to the challenging environment in 2020 our relocation was postponed to 2021. Every since first contact, Dorothy has been checking in on a regular basis to see how she could assist in our search for an apartment. What we really appreciate with Dorothy is that she is very personable and she really listened to our needs. In addition she was very organised and explained every step in a very diligent and transparent manner. If and when we move again, we will definitely use Dorothy for her services again.

Throughout the process from searching through online to after signing the contract, Shirley has made the experience hassle free by connecting us with various people that can help and preparing the required documents efficiently. She also has a positive and welcoming attitude. I would recommend Shirley if you need to purchase properties.
