I would like to add that the positive experience I enjoyed with OKAY.com includes having its staff answer emails and calls promptly, and Helena's 24/7 availability in arranging and solving matters, even after signing the lease contract e.g. setting up utility contracts, arranging handyman service, locksmith etc. Extended service like this makes me want to recommend OKAY.com even more!

Having just moved to Hong Kong from the UK, Flo understood exactly the type of place I was looking for. When I found the apartment I wanted to move into she negotiated a fair deal and did her due diligence on the property like checking the Land Registry. Flo made the whole process really easy even setting up my utilities and recommending a handy man to hang my pictures up. Kim was absolutely incredible to work with, and (for me at least) sets a new benchmark in what I should expect from an agent in the future (which will no doubt be Okay and/or Kim!). She worked well beyond the scope of what I could have expected of an agent, despite the fact that my budget was relatively small, and overall she achieved a final deal that worked very well for me. On top of this she is personable, easy going and a pleasure to chat to and work with. You are lucky to have such an individual in your organization that represents your brand.
