Chris has been our broker a few times now. I fully appreciate every detail, from start to finish, that Chris provided in the buying/renting of flats and finding suitable tenants for our property. Very good all round, but especially in taking the initiative to select a good range of properties for viewing, including some alternatives to the options I had mentioned in my intro email (one of which I ended up renting).
