Amelia is great to work with. She is very professional and very relaxed at the same time. I also appreciated the hand-selection of properties and the opportunity to make further selections by email first; it makes the whole process efficient and it's helpful in getting a sense of what the market is like. We were looking for a place that would be in Central, but also with good light, good plan, and not too expensive. Shirley understood perfectly, and found us the exact match - and also did a great negotiation job with the landlord to secure it exactly as per our timing. She did also a fantastic job to assist us with all the utilities transferred from our old place (gas, electricity & etc), and was always available and super efficient when some questions or issues came during the move and even after. She is a positive and efficient person that I can highly recommend.
